ORDERS & RATES
All orders are handmade. Please allow the estimated time for products to be made and posted.
Hello Chiara agrees to honor orders within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability, Hello Chiara undertakes to inform the customer concerned as well as to refund the purchase concerned.
The displayed prices take into account the article presented, without the expenses of expeditions or reductions. The final price to be paid by the customer is indicated before the final validation of the order.
Hello Chiara reserves the right to alter our pricing and services at any time without prior notice or consequences or explanations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe to be using our services in an unlawful manner including reproducing or reselling.
Hello Chiara reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Invoices will be sent to you by email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship World Wide. If there is no delivery quote for you country, please contact me via my contact page and I will calculate a shipping cost for you.
All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.
Shiping time is around 1-2 weeks.
SHIPPING
We use Israel Post for most deliveries. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to avoid the risk of damaged goods.
Hello Chiara does not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen products once it has left our care. Please refer to Israel Post website if this may occur.
You are responsible for any import charges or other costs that might be charged in your country.
RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS
No return or refunds will be accepted. Please take care while ordering and finalizing your order. On the other hand, although Hello Chiara takes the care of well checking each order, in case of error on the name from our part, a change may be requested from you and a new product will be sent to you. Postage fees for returns will not be refunded.
PROMOTIONS & SALES
All Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They must be redeemed by the allocated time frame. If not used by the allocated time frame there will be no extension or reactivation.
WEB STORE ERRORS
Although we try our best to double check all content on the site, there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, errors in product descriptions/measurements and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. If this occurs, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Few models could be modified according to the size of the given name. No photos will be sent to you before or after shipping. If you forget about any particular instruction, no request or refund request (partial or total) can be claimed. We do not have special characters or letters with accents.
PRIVACY
Your personal information collected is used purely to complete your order, and or contact you to update you on the progress of your order, or process a credit note or refund.
Your information provide will not be disclosed to any third party. However we do not take responsibility of the platforms used to complete your order, ie: Paypal, Stripe, please refer to the service providers individual privacy policies.
